Late Sh. C.R. Khare, a qualified mechanical engineer, started his professional journey with Modern Bakeries (India) Limited as Engineering Supervisor till 1978. To pursue his passion for bakery industry and gain global exposure, he worked with Alhasa Bakery in Saudi Arabia as project Manager till 1981. After coming back to India, he joined Blue Bird Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. as maintenance engineer and served till 1988. In 1989, he founded his bakery plant manufacturing firm under the name of KHARE ENGINEERS AND CONSULTANTS (KE&C). The firm has been established with a vision to manufacture customized bakery plants as per the business requirements and provide complete end-to-end bakery solutions with manufacturing bread and rusk plants on a turn-key basis, and consultancy services. He has been a senior member and the secretary of “The Society of Indian Bakers” for 11 years till his demise. His expertise in the bakery industry for 49 years earned him an excellent professional track record and fame.
